  At Reha Textile, use of the latest technology by highly experienced employees results in maximum production efficiency and minimum error probability.
  

The quality control process starts as soon as any material, including fabrics and accessories, enters the facility. In the Modeling Department, the Accumark System is used for model creating, grading and marker making.

  After the fabric in program meets quality control requirements, it is transferred to the Cutting Department where it is spread and cut according to the instructions from the Modeling Department. Each piece is then numbered to assure proper production.

  Reha Textile has three production lines that are regulary controlled in each phase of the garment assembly. As an example, each production line has a daily capacity if 250 pcs. of ski-jackets. Therefore, a total of 750 pcs. can be trimmed, controlled and packaged per day. We also have an embroidery unit in our facility, which is a great assistant to us in attaining high quality and is a supplementary factor in our structure.

  Our market demands functionality. To meet this need, we use every technology that high-tech garments require, such as sealing machines to seal the seams of apparel made from breathable fabrics.
